Job Description

Mercovus is seeking Associate candidates for its San Jose office.  The staff at Mercovus are shared resources between the company’s various service lines and receive exposure to several types of assignments.  Typical engagements include transfer pricing studies, valuation reports, and litigation support.  Staff responsibilities include spreading financial statements, modeling, and searching for comparable businesses and transactions.  Associates also perform and summarize industry and company research in a written report.  More advanced staff share responsibility for client management functions.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 18 months of experience in finance or accounting.  Candidates should demonstrate excellent computer skills and unfailing attention to detail.  More advanced staff will possess excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
